Poncho is a 11-year-old mustang captured in Callaghan Range, Nevada.
In May of 2011 we went to pick up the two mustangs that I had purchased and realized that the gelding that I had bought wasn’t available because of injury. The Mustang Heritage Foundation gave me a replacement horse, Poncho. I don’t think I could have done any better. I believe he is a gift from God. This little mustang has quite the personality and has been a lot of fun. He has truly changed my life.
Poncho did very well in the 2011 Supreme Extreme Mustang Makeover, placing in Cow work – 1st, Trail class – 2nd, Finals – 4th, and he was voted Fan Favorite with twice as many text votes as anyone else! Since then, Poncho has performed to standing applause across the country in over 200 performances. And he has ridden in his car on Times Square in NY City and been featured on Good Morning America.
Trigger is an 8-year-old mustang gathered in Salt Wells, WY.
He was adopted through the Mustang Heritage Foundation to compete in The Mustang Million makeover in 2013. After only 120 days training he placed 2nd with an outstanding and unique act. Since then has performed at over 200 venues including rodeos and equine events.
He is an extremely friendly horse and loves all the attention he is getting. His main pleasure is eating!
