Grandstands/Arena
The grandstand area is a great option for large, open-air events. It can seat over 4,000 people with the arena seating and Mezzanine has at least 2 bar areas and several areas to serve food.

Not just for Rodeo
Our facilities can be rented out and used for all sorts of events, such as Christmas parties, quinceañeras, birthday parties, Celebrations of Life, high school rodeo, Arizona Junior Rodeo Association rodeo, Senior Pro Rodeo, Yavapai County Fair, Olsen’s Equifest, Legacy Ranch Horse Sale, circus, carnivals, concerts, and much more.
Mackin Building
The Mackin Building is our most popular building. It can be dressed up or down, we have chairs and tables available as well as a bar and kitchen (non-cooking) and indoor restrooms. Use of the Mackin Deck is included with full Mackin Building rental. The Mackin Building is approximately 2,700 sq ft and holds up to 180 people.

Mackin Deck
The Mackin Deck is connected to the Mackin Building and overlooks our new arena. It has a removable shade cover; it can be rented alone or with the Mackin Building. The deck is approximately 1,620 sq. ft.
