The event, scheduled for June 29 through July 5, 2026, will deliver another thrilling week of professional rodeo action, drawing fans from across the globe to Prescott, Arizona.
The 2026 rodeo coincides with America’s Semiquincentennial – the 250th anniversary of the United States – and will spotlight the theme “Celebrating 250 Years of Freedom.” As part of this national milestone, Prescott Frontier Days®, Inc. is working closely with the City of Prescott to create interactive, statewide promotions that will highlight Arizona’s role in this historic celebration.

One of these initiatives is the creation of an interactive ‘Passport250,’ a program designed to showcase 250 remarkable places across Arizona – from iconic landmarks and cultural treasures to hidden gems and must-try restaurants. It’s our way of uniting Arizonans and visitors alike in celebrating the spirit, beauty, and heritage of our great state during America’s Semiquincentennial.”
The 2026 World’s Oldest Rodeo® will feature spectacular entertainment and contractors. Rider Kiesner & Bethany Kiesner – award-winning PRCA entertainers making their first Prescott appearance. Rider is a skilled trick roper, gun spinner, and whip-cracker, while Bethany is an accomplished trick rider. Justin Rumford – fan-favorite barrelman and rodeo clown returns to rev up audiences over 8 performances. Broken Spoke Clydesdales – the beloved team returns to entertain rodeo audiences with their captivating wagon and majestic horses. Randy Corley and James Horcasitas – world-class rodeo announcers bringing energy and excitement to every performance, year after year.
